Hot Wheels: 6 New Food Trucks for Outdoor Events

Deliver tasty fare to guests at your next outdoor gathering from some of the newest food trucks on the road.

From a Miami-based truck that offers 100 customizable dessert bars to a Toronto-based company that cooks up Tuscan cuisine for groups of 300, these new food trucks offer unique catering options for outdoor events.

HipPops in Miami sells 100 customizable bars, including vanilla bean gelato and green apple wasabi sorbet, with premium chocolate dips and crushed nut toppings. Pricing is around $1,000, and the truck serves as many as 2,000 people.
