Drop-down screens at the front of the ballroom were used throughout the evening, first to showcase photos relating to each live-auction lot and later to broadcast a live interview via Google video hangout with graduates of the educational outreach programs. The screens also showed slides of past and present woman's board members dating back to the 1900s.
