Attendees took part in intimate “tent talks,” where speakers like Colin Cowie hosted small groups for informal discussions over a picnic lunch inside tents provided by Shelter Company.

Guests started the morning with an assortment of fresh fruit smoothie shooters, made by the resort and presented on a rustic tree stand.

Antler chandeliers decorated the welcome party, which was hosted by the Beaver Creek Resort Company and planned by Emily Campbell of Bella Design. The opening-night band from Elan Artists featured dueling female fiddlers performing on top of bourbon barrels.

Guests received laser-cut wood itineraries by Vanessa Kreckel of Two Paper Dolls.

The conference’s registration area was decorated by DesignWorks and featured leather bar tops, cowhide throws, branded pillows by Parris Chic Boutique, and pine cone-embellished pillars with the Engage logo rendered in hot pink flowers.

Guests noshed on fare from the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, including local cheeses and charcuterie, assorted jerky, fruit-infused waters, and an assortment of dips and fresh vegetables. The snacks were presented in covered wagons created by DesignWorks.

Pieces of assorted local jerky were up for grabs in rustic Mason jars.

The speaker stage featured a woodsy curtain backdrop, leather seating, and a pop of hot pink flowers.

Pink Monkey Solutions created the luxe mountain look for the opening night party, using cowhide-covered seating inside the Event Rents tent.

Gifts for the Good Life created different "care packages" with survival supplies, including hangover relief for late nights, candies, games, snacks, and energy bars. Guests were also greeted at the airport by Colorado Travel Solutions staffers, who handed out backpacks filled with essentials, like water bottles, snacks, and travel pillow and blanket sets.

Playful signage included a floral archery target with pencils as arrows.

An easy-to-eat lollipop version of campfire s'mores was offered during the event’s dessert party.

Attendees received wood-grain-inspired notebooks, complete with pencils decorated as arrows.

Guests entered the welcome party, held on the ice rink at Beaver Creek Village, through a lush floral arch, accented with antlers, by Bloom Flower Shop.

At registration, attendees were encouraged to pick their favorite pins, designed by Gifts for the Good Life, to add to their gift bags or wear during the event.

The Breakers Palm Beach sources local ingredients for its catering.
