Organizers hosted the reception for V.I.P. buyers so they would have an opportunity to meet one another and the trade show staff. In one corner of the reception, a camera crew recorded testimonials from attendees about the show.

The Health & Beauty lounge that was used for the party was one of 11 lounges on the show floor. During the day, the lounges were open to all buyers and exhibitors to relax and recharge. V.I.P. buyers also had access to an enclosed corner of the lounge during the day.
