At this year’s Rolling Stone Live Super Bowl party, producer Toast created a 'trashed hotel room' where guests could take photos and pretend to live the rock star life. The event took place at the Bud Light Hotel, a Wyndham property in New Orleans rebranded for the weekend.

In November, Tyger Productions transformed the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts into a sparkling purple space for the Boston Purple Party 2018, benefiting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. The gala's co-chair Ty Kuppig of Tyger Productions and his team suspended floor-to-ceiling panels of reflective paillettes to create a more intimate setting within the large venue.

Intel and Warner Bros. Autonomous Car Experience
Intel and Warner Bros. partnered to launch an immersive experience on the show floor, delivering on a commitment the two companies made at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2017 to explore the potential for entertainment in future autonomous vehicles. The autonomous vehicle, a 2019 BMW X5, offered a virtual ride to Gotham City narrated by Batman’s butler Alfred Pennyworth. The experience, which combined an adventure story with information about the vehicle’s safety measures, featured a large-screen TV, projectors, mobile devices, sensory and haptic feedback, and immersive audio and lights.

Polaroid gave guests the chance to experience the new Polaroid OneStep analog instant camera from Polaroid Originals. With an oversize replica of the camera as a centerpiece, the booth featured interactive stations that showcased the product’s features such as double exposure, light painting, and noise trigger. Andreas Bergmann designed the booth, while Skyline handled the build and PRG handled audiovisual elements.

Following the Global Business Travel Association's annual conference in Boston last July, participating company Carlson Wagonlit Travel hosted an after-party at Symphony Hall. The event, produced by Kuoni Destination Management, had a "Thrive in Retro" theme inspired by Mad Men. Models dressed in sleek, '60s-style outfits carried doily-adorned cocktail trays of Manhattans and sloe gin fizzes.
