Even a pandemic can’t stop events. If anything, event planners have proven they can take the most unconventional situation and turn it into an industry-wide movement. What started with turning our homes into venues has shifted to planners opting for nontraditional venues (think studios, theaters and the like) that have been able to accommodate virtual, hybrid and live events.

This new dynamic in events has made choosing the right venue critical to a well-rounded, inclusive event—especially when technical capabilities are more important than ever. That’s where AEG comes in.

Part of AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company, AEG’s Special Event Venues group offers more than 50 state-of-the-art concert venues across the country that are all unique by architectural styles and build. Whether you’re organizing a gala, corporate meeting, training, film shoot, conference, or product launch, booking with a nontraditional space (like, say, a concert venue that offers built-in, high-tech light and sound capabilities) provides access to features you can’t find in just any old hotel ballroom—making it the prime place to host an event in today’s event landscape.

AEG’s venues bring more to the table than just unique architecture and high-tech capabilities, though. Here’s a look at what else AEG Special Event Venues has to offer:

Multi-Venue Agreements

Need to book events in multiple venues across the country? Look no further. AEG can contract multiple venues within one single agreement for hub-and-spoke events. It’s also a great option to have in the day and age of event convenience. You can host one main event and easily host smaller satellite events in different locations, allowing more in-person attendees to take part in the experience, or even host a tour-style event series, with the ability to travel to different AEG Special Event Venues across the nation. From creative road shows to town hall meetings, AEG’s one-of-a-kind venues can accommodate in-person, virtual and hybrid events—whether produced all at once or individually.

State-of-the-Art Facilities Each of AEG’s 50-plus world-class venues offers cutting-edge lighting and sound. These are the same systems that world-renowned artists use when entertaining at one of AEG’s venues. Making sure you have high-quality technical capabilities is a must for hybrid events so virtual attendees have an experience that is just as professional and immersive as the one in-person attendees have.

Production Expertise Each unique space offers expert production support and signature service, guaranteeing each event is one-of-a-kind and unforgettable. With event support on the day of the event, you can relax knowing you have a team behind you making it all run smoothly.

Flexible Spaces Offering spaces that can host gatherings for thousands of people, as well as more intimate get-togethers, AEG Special Event Venues has the perfect turnkey spaces for any occasion. The flexibility of the venues also means you can brand your event to fit your company or any theme, making your event truly personalized.
