Chicago-based iLight Technologies brings vibrant LED lighting outdoors with its Daytime Plexineon product, introduced in mid-January. The units work with the sun to show off their colors, reducing the washed-out look. The stick-like plexineons (available in red, amber, and green) can be used to accent stage sets, entries and exits, exhibit space, and other areas by connecting the pieces. They're low-voltage, so they can be used near other materials. iLight distributes the product through the Barbizon Lighting Company (www.barbizon.com), which has locations in Miami and Orlando. —Vanessa Goyanes
