With the Golden Globes, the Grammys, and the Academy Awards all on the Los Angeles event horizon, at least one PR firm is using its access to awards season events as leverage. A media alert requesting press coverage of an unrelated January party went out with a note that read, “Your support of this event is appreciated and will be remembered with all of our award season events to come.” It certainly got our attention.
