Major League Soccer 'FIFA 20' Launch Party

Major League Soccer hosted a launch party for its video game FIFA 20 on September 18 at the the Temple House in Miami. The league partnered with event production agency BMF, Electronic Arts, and Inter Miami Club De Futbol to create 360-degree projection mapped animations inspired by aspects of the game, which highlights the street soccer game mode called Volta. The event also featured gaming stations, a V.R. station for Inter Miami Club de Futbol to showcase its new stadium, a custom jersey station, and an interactive art piece that guests filled in throughout the event. GoldLink, a rapper featured in the game, performed at the event.

#Origins72HrChallenge Activation

Beauty company Origins partnered with American Forests Global ReLeaf on an event celebrating the release of its 72-hour GinZing Gel Moisturizer from September 26 to 28 in New York’s Herald Square Park. The activation included workouts in which energy spent by participants was added to an interactive “energy bank” that translated to new trees to be donated. The event's goal was to donate 72,000 trees in 72 hours, and the tree tally was displayed on a branded screen. Movements by participants also were translated into light and sound moments. Experiential design agency Fake Love produced the activation.

Delta and BuzzFeed’s Pop-Up Workspace

Delta and BuzzFeed hosted free pop-up “conference cabins” September 25 to 27 in New York’s Flatiron district next to Madison Square Park. 2019 Wolf Trap Ball

The annual Wolf Trap Ball took place September 14 at the Filene Center at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Northern Virginia. Wolf Trap collaborated with the Silver Linings Design Group to create an impressive 650-piece lantern focal point, neon streetscapes, and a replica of Singapore’s iconic cloud forest. InterContinental Miami’s Make-A-Wish Ball Kickoff Party

On September 16, Make-A-Wish Southern Florida and donor InterContinental Miami started the celebration early with a V.I.P. kickoff party for the 25th annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball that will take place November 2. Seth Rogen’s Hilarity for Charity Event

At Seth Rogen’s Hilarity for Charity fund-raiser on September 14, one attendee reportedly paid $1,000 to soak the host in a dunk tank. Rogen and his wife, Lauren Miller Rogen, hosted an adults-only carnival at Row DTLA for this year's Alzheimer’s research benefit. ‘American Horror Story: 1984’ Experience

FX Networks promoted American Horror Story: 1984 with an overnight experience for influencers, V.I.P.s, and sweepstakes winners, which took place September 13 at a campground in the Santa Monica Mountains. Themed around the series setting of camp Redwood, the experience featured actors assuming the roles of counselors, a groundskeeper, a camp director, and a nurse—plus wayward hikers, and a few spooky murderers. ‘American Horror Story: 1984’ Experience

Before arrival, guests received welcome packets with a list of camp rules and other information, plus 1980s-inspired puffy stickers to evoke the time period. They were picked up in Camp Redwood-branded vans and driven to the remote campground while listening to '80s music on the radio. Once they arrived, guests were taken to cabins and given a "camp survival bag" filled with a flashlight, a uniform, a whistle, and night-vision goggles.
