Experiential marketing firm MICE has hired Mike Bartley as vice president of operations for the West Coast, based in Irvine. Before joining MICE, Bartley was a regional director of sales at GES Exhibit and Design, the West Coast director of operations at Sparks Exhibits and Environments, and owner and operator of Exhibit Concepts.
