Booking.com’s #BookYourResolution

To offer travelers New Year’s resolutions help, Booking.com designed 20 hotel room experiences inspired by popular choices. Located at 25 Broad Street in downtown Manhattan at the Broad Exchange Building, the suites are tailored to each resolution with must-have necessities and an assortment of related activities, affirmations, and amenities. Starting on January 13, travelers will be able to reserve two-night stays, beginning January 17 for $20.20. The suites range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments with kitchens and bathrooms. National Board of Review Awards Gala

The National Board of Review hosted its annual award gala on Wednesday at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. The event honored stars including Brad Pitt for best supporting actor; Renée Zellweger for best actress; Quentin Tarantino for best director, and Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, and Al Pacino for best film. The tablescapes featured a menagerie of promotional items from nominated films including the creatures from How to Train Your Dragon.

WarnerMedia and HBO’s Golden Globes Party

The WarnerMedia and HBO post-Golden Globes party took place at the Beverly Hilton's Circa55 restaurant and adjacent pool area on Sunday evening. Produced by HBO’s Cindy Tenner and Ashley Covarrubias alongside longtime collaborator Billy Butchkavitz, the event drew around 1,500 people—including casts from Globes winners Succession and Chernobyl. The indoor-outdoor gathering had a circular design theme and a color palette of blush and honeysuckle pink, dove and charcoal gray, and assorted shades of gold. WarnerMedia and HBO’s Golden Globes Party

The event's circular design pattern continued to the press line. Emerging Entertainment handled audio, while Las Vegas-based DJ J. Bray performed. Warner Bros. & InStyle After-Party

Warner Bros. Pictures and InStyle magazine hosted their 21st annual post-Golden Globes party in the Beverly Hilton’s Oasis Courtyard. The glamorous event, sponsored by L’Oréal Paris and Secret, drew the likes of Awkwafina, Connie Britton, and Rami Malek. Designers and producers JOWY Productions covered the hotel’s fountain to create one connected space, which took on a mid-century modern, residential-style feel. A palette of rich blues, golds, cream, and white were used to complement a central gold-tiered Deco-style chandelier. The Runway Chalet at the Pool Bar

Now open on the roof of New York's TWA Hotel through the end of February, the Runway Chalet at the Pool Bar boasts an interior reminiscent of a 1960s ski lodge. The pop-up chalet welcomes visitors with toasty vibes thanks to cozy additions like a vintage fireplace and faux fur blankets. The menu from Gerber Group offers seasonal cocktails, traditional sips like hot cocoa and hot toddies, charcuterie boards, cheese fondue, and more. Outside, guests are welcome to take a dip in the infinity pool, which heats up to 95 degrees or higher and overlooks the runways of John F. Kennedy International Airport. Target Wonderland

Two x Two for AIDS and Art Gala and Auction

The 21st annual Two x Two for AIDS and Art 2019 Gala and Auction, which was held in Dallas at the Rachofsky House in October, featured live and silent auctions of contemporary art. Todd Fiscus of Todd Events designed the gala, transforming a geodesic dome into a Moroccan-inspired evening with a palette of muted blue-grays and white, along with modern tablescapes comprised of crystal clear lanterns. The event, which raised $8 million, benefits Amfar's AIDS research initiatives and the Dallas Museum of Art's contemporary art acquisition program.
