Lamborghini's Huracán Sterrato Opera Unica Unveiling

On Aug. 23, Hotel Cala di Volpe on the Italian coast welcomed Lamborghini for an exclusive event celebrating the luxury automobile brand’s 60th anniversary. During the gathering, Lamborghini unveiled the Huracán Sterrato Opera Unica, a sports car inspired by the colors of the Sardinian Sea. The event's 120 guests were treated to dinner and a presentation of the car, which was set on a floating platform facing the water.

The one-of-a-kind car was created with a crystal-effect paint finish, utilizing a three-color hand-painting process to create a crystalline effect reminiscent of the Sardinian Sea.

During the event, a group of artists and dancers added drama to the unveiling, and guests were treated to a video detailing the car’s creation process—which took a total of 300 hours. Following its debut, the Huracán Sterrato Opera Unica is on display at the Lamborghini Lounge in Porto Cervo, Italy, until Sept. 10.

Prime Video's "Red, White & Royal Blue" Karaoke Bus

To promote Prime Video’s buzzy new film Red, White & Royal Blue, the brand worked with creative partner Unobtainium and production agency Catalina Productions to bring a themed double-decker bus to the streets of West Hollywood on Aug. 13. In a nod to a scene in the movie, Angelenos were invited to hop aboard the bus—which was provided by Starline Tours—to sing karaoke to a themed set list tied to the film.

The bus tour kicked off at Milk Bar, where the bakery handed out treats inspired by the movie. It then made its way to local spots Rocco’s and Hamburger Mary’s (pictured) for additional karaoke moments, giveaways, and more. Guests enjoyed scones from Seven Sisters Scones, and interacted with brand ambassadors from Runway Waiters.

The Brilliant Earth x Logan Hollowell Collaboration Launch Party

Jewelry brands Brilliant Earth and Logan Hollowell celebrated their new jewelry collaboration with a garden brunch on Aug. 8 at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles. Guests were welcomed via a walkway of glass jewelry cases that displayed the collection and set the tone for the floral-filled affair, which was designed by Peters Design Lab with floral design from Golden Sol Floral Co.

A curved wooden table evoked the clean lines of the new collection, which is inspired by nature. Notable attendees at the lunch included Tezza Barton, Helen Owen, Ruslana Gee, and Alexa Losey.

Grubhub x Taco Bell's Freeze Fest

On Aug. 6, Factory360 worked with Taco Bell and Grubhub to produce a private concert featuring Stephen Sanchez in celebration of National Frozen Drink Day and the new Taco Bell Freeze. The team transformed a Taco Bell parking lot into a colorful concert space.

In addition to the performance along with a set by DJ Alex Chapman, guests could hang out in a colorful and playful lounge, and enjoy Taco Bell’s new Watermelon Berry Lemonade Freeze. There was also a temporary tattoo station, plus cocktails and Taco Bell favorites.

New York City Football Club x Adidas Party at the Plaza

To help launch New York City Football Club’s (NYCFC) third kit, Adidas hosted an official pregame fan fest on Aug. 20 called The Party at the Plaza. Designed to bring the NYC park experience to Citi Field, the event offered free aguas frescas, tote bags, branded umbrellas, and more. Stoelt Productions fabricated a custom agua fresca car, which donned printed wood signage, an LED scrolling banner, and collapsible openings that created shade for fans. During the event, the team poured more than 2,500 servings from six different flavors into custom Adidas cups.

The space also offered a throwback, wheat-pasted photo op with custom-made seating, along with turf from the pitch, authentic park picnic tables, and fresh fruit in baskets with Adidas x NYCFC stickers.

Atlanta United FC x Adidas Third Kit Launch Celebration

Adidas and Stoelt Productions also celebrated the launch of soccer team Atlanta United's third kit at the official ATL UTD event, held Aug. 24 at The Bank in Atlanta. The brand hosted a live airbrush activation featuring custom T-shirts and bucket hats emulating the new jersey design. Guest names were airbrushed onto Adidas T-shirts with the ATL UTD logo.

Partnering with local artist FRKO to make custom designs, Stoelt Productions fabricated direct-print wood cutouts. The overall artist's studio design featured spray paint cans, paint buckets, brushes, a custom airbrushed backdrop, and gallery wraps featuring the team's logo and the Atlanta Influences Everything nonprofit.

Propel Fitness Water and Michael B. Jordan's “Propel Your City Project”

Propel Fitness Water and actor Michael B. Jordan have teamed up to launch the “Propel Your City Project,” a multicity project dedicated to bringing communities together through exercise and wellness. Developed in partnership with experiential marketing agency Invisible North, the project has already worked closely with local fitness leaders in Los Angeles, Detroit, Houston, and Atlanta. In Houston, for example, Propel collaborated with BLK Beetles to launch its first-ever monthly Movement & Mindfulness Experience focused on finding inner balance through movement.

Hulu's "Only Murders in the Building" Escape Game

From Aug. 11-20 in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Hulu hosted an escape game experience inspired by the hit show Only Murders in the Building. Fans could relive some of their favorite moments from the series while searching for a key prop that had gone missing. While solving clues, players interacted with familiar show items, like Oliver’s beloved accordion, to advance them further into the mystery. The activation was created by The Escape Game—and was also open to online fans, who used Zoom to interact with a host who walked them through the experience.

La Prairie’s Mobile Pop-Up Spa

Food Truck Promotions partnered with luxury skincare brand La Prairie to create a mobile pop-up spa in the Hamptons from Aug. 10-14. The fully customized Airstream entertained guests via product discovery, skin consultations, and Art of Perfection treatments. Over five days, the pop-up spa was parked at The Wine Stand at Wölffer Estate Vineyard as well as a private East Hampton home.

Greetings From Paradise! By Spindrift

On Aug. 17, meanwhile, Food Truck Promotions partnered with Spindrift Beverage Co. to whisk New Yorkers away to a tropical oasis right in the heart of SoHo. The team transformed its glass box truck into a plant- and fruit-filled beach bar.

Art in the Park

On Aug. 3 in Pleasanton, Calif., Entire Productions curated a bespoke art and wine stroll for 1,500 corporate employees throughout their parklike HQ campus. Over 20 local Bay Area artists were featured in a pop-up fine art gallery experience, where guests could engage face-to-face with artists and view over $50,000 in fine art; live demonstrations by award-winning ceramicists, watercolor, mixed media, and acrylic artists; a pastel chalk artist; and even a live candy sculptor. Professional graffiti artists tagged a 24-foot-long mural wall and invited guests to make their mark before the massive inspirational piece was installed at a local Oakland elementary school.

Guests also enjoyed a haiku garden with on-demand poets, and took a stab at creating their own poem using vintage typewriters. There were also art-themed culinary delights and live musicians. The event’s goal? To give the employees the chance to connect with each other and with styles of art they may not have had an opportunity to do before.

Jaguar Vine & Dine Summer Soiree

Jaguar hosted the latest edition of its Vine & Dine series at Cannon Estate Winery in Abbotsford, British Columbia, on Aug. 20. The sensory experience for 50 of the area's top media, influencers, and Jaguar VIPs included an afternoon of wine tasting, estate tours, and a chauffeured driving tour of the wine region in a 2023 Jaguar F-Type or F-Pace model. The event culminated in a gourmet family-style dinner set outside by the winery’s grape varieties, offering a scenic overlook of the estate and lush grape fields. The dinner featured a farm-to-table menu with signature Cannon Estate wines paired with each course. The event was co-hosted by popular British Columbia content creator Viranlly Liemena.

Evite x Lisa Frank Partnership Launch

Evite recently celebrated its new line of invitations with artist Lisa Frank at the Pendry Residences West Hollywood. Guests took a private elevator up to Terrace Estate 705, a private 2,700-square-foot rooftop with panoramic views of Los Angeles. They were greeted by Lisa Frank’s Forrest the Tiger character, along with a rainbow ball pit and slide. Throughout the day, guests could enjoy colorful custom cocktails inspired by the artist, along with Irv’s Burgers and freshly spun cotton candy.

Pure Protein's Pickleball Promotion

Pure Protein—known for its protein bars, powders, and shakes—hosted 24 hours of free pickleball play for New Yorkers earlier this summer. Taking over NYC's CityPickle, the promotion celebrated a packaging rebrand; the brand teamed up with Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC) for the experience, which offered branded swag and free product samples in addition to the gameplay. ACC’s in-house consultancy group, ACC Advisory, handled experiential for the event. Trailblaze, ACC's wellness communications and marketing agency, handled PR, while its fabrication studio, Pink Sparrow, built the event’s blue and yellow Pure Protein snack bar.
