In a spirit similar to NYC & Company's special restaurant week, Edmund Bogen, president of Breakfast Network Productions, has joined with a few Wall Street area restaurants to offer $20.01 three-course prix fixe lunches on Wednesdays, starting October 24, according to the Breakfast Network's Web site. Called Wall Street Wednesdays, the program has participating restaurants Vine, Delmonico's, 14 Wall Street and Harry's at Hanover Square.
