Jazz up a corporate event or meeting by turning employees into musical conductors. Music company Jazz Impact creates teambuilding programs where employees work together to lead a band in piecing together a song. Participants direct the musicians--including a vocalist and piano, bass, drum, tenor sax and trombone players--with giant cue cards to indicate when to start and stop playing. Lucent, Starbucks and General Mills have gone through programs, which teach improv and management skills. A $15,000 fee includes the 90-minute interactive seminar and four hours of musical entertainment. --Jill Musguire
