Going green takes on new meaning with Green Truck’s trio of traveling vegetable-oil-powered lunch trucks. The eco-friendly fleet, which roves the streets of Culver City and Century City on a regular basis, can now pull up to your office or event with its selection of healthy, organic gourmet grub created with locally grown ingredients; the menu is from Beth Creasey, a former chef at AOC. Try the Autumn in Asheville sandwich, made with shredded chicken breast and served with sliced apples, cheddar cheese, and mesclun greens, or one of the truck's salads. (Caesar, Green Goddess, and Southwest are among the offerings.) The catering team can dish out the sustainable fare—served with biodegradable utensils, natch—straight from the truck or prepare spreads for seated meals and meetings.
