Partnering with local farmers and producers, Sunday Dinner, a new artisanal catering company that launched late last year, prepares custom menus based on fresh, seasonal flavors. The operation began as a dining club founded by three friends—chefs Christine Cikowski, Joshua Kulp, and Jason Stern—who came together through a common interest in local and sustainable foods.
Signature dishes (which vary according to the season) include duck confit cassoulet, ravioli with morels, grilled soft-shell crab, and beer-braised short ribs. Sunday Dinner’s services include custom menu design and wine pairings. The company counts the Museum of Contemporary Art, Moët Hennessy, and Pivot Boutique among its clients.
