Here's a look at new Las Vegas eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces to open for events this summer. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fund-raisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, teambuilding activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

The Aquatic Club at the Palazzo Las Vegas opened in April. Spanning 12,572 square feet, the social pool club offers guests a variety of curated weekend events including pop-up synchronized swimming performances, in-water table tennis, live acoustic music, and tastings by invited distilleries and mixologist. Available for private and special events, the space holds as many as 175 with daybeds and lounge chairs, or as many as 350 without.

Enclave, one of the city's newest full-service event venues, opened in March. Located within a mile from the McCarran Airport and near the Strip, the 75,000-square-foot venue can host social, corporate, private events, and more of various sizes. Venue features include a variety of ballrooms, a production studio, board and conference rooms, an outdoor garden, 9,000 square feet of unobstructed space, and a rooftop deck slated to open in July. The largest event space can hold as many as 900 theater-style. Sister company 3G Productions offers live event production, audiovisual installation, and staffing for the venue.

W Las Vegas officially took over the former 289-room SLS Las Vegas at the end of December 2016, with its grand opening taking place in March. The hotel-within-a-hotel concept offers a private entrance and other W brand amenities for guests, along with a WET rooftop pool and a 2,382-square-foot EWOW Suite designed by Lenny Kravitz. Designed by AvroKo Hospitality Group, the tower offers 45,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 50,000 square feet of outdoor function space with seven venues. Spaces include the Amplify Room and Great Room, which can each seat 546 theater-style, and a Studio room that can seat as many as 329 theater-style.

American restaurant and candy-shop chain Sugar Factory debuted the Sugar Factory Chocolate Lounge in February. Located on the second floor of the Plaza at Fashion Show, the chocolate-theme lounge is available for a variety of special events and features a 14-seat carousel surrounded by a candy-inspired garden that leads to a private gazebo that seats 30. Inside, the lounge holds as many as 150 reception-style, and seats 64 at an outside foyer and daiquiri bar. The downstairs restaurant seats 422.

Latin-American restaurant Chica opened in the Venetian's Restaurant Row in May. Helmed by Venezuelan chef Lorena Garcia of Top Chef Masters, in partnership with John Kunkel's 50 Eggs restaurant group, the restaurant offers a menu inspired by cuisine from a variety of countries including Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, and Peru. The 12,000-square-foot space holds 400 reception-style and is available for full buyouts. The venue also has two private rooms with an air wall that can be removed to make a large space for private events.

Serenity Spa at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino debuted at the end of 2016. Designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation, the spa offers decor inspired by the Rocky Mountains and the Nevada desert. Services offered include massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, facials, and more. The 10,000-square-foot space can accommodate as many as 150, and hosts private events for as many as 100.

Proof Tavern, an American comfort-food restaurant and gaming destination, opened in Lake Las Vegas's MonteLago Village in April. The venue serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and has a full-service bar that offers specialty craft cocktails along with beer and wine. For patrons interested in gaming, the venue has 15 video-poker machines and will offer gaming promotions throughout the year. The 6,440-square-foot space has a second floor that soon will be available for private events.

Reviv, a wellness spa that offers services such as hydrating IV infusions and energizing booster shots, opened its second location at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and the Palazzo in March. Located on the second floor of the shopping center, the spa offers guests an upscale setting with massage chairs in four private rooms that have amenities such as iPads, customizable soundtracks, and aromatherapy. The venue can host IV therapy parties for groups of as many as 10.

The Co-working Lounge Powered by Zappos opened inside the Congress Center at the Venetian and the Palazzo in January. The 1,170-square-foot pop-up co-working space invites guests to recharge in an enclosed, transparent environment. The lounge offers free Wi-Fi, four private phone rooms, and a private conference room that seats six.

MB Steak, the latest restaurant from brothers David Morton and Michael Morton, opened at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in May. MB, which stands for "My Brothers," is an American steakhouse concept with a menu helmed by chef Patrick Munster, offering a variety of New York strip steaks, seafood dishes, and complementary appetizers. The 7,800-square-foot venue has two floors: The first floor has a main dining room, bar, and private bar room, and the second floor has a 60-seat private dining room, a garden bar, and a lounge. Above the upstairs bar is a skylight decorated with succulents and moss.
