Here's a look at new Las Vegas eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces for all types of summer entertaining and events. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, fund-raisers, outdoor events, business dinners, teambuilding activities, conferences, meetings, weddings, and more.

Apex Social Club opened in the former Ghostbar space at the Palms Casino Resort in May. The nightclub, which is managed by Clique Hospitality, is part of the resort’s $620 million renovation and is located on the 55th floor. The space offers a 360-degree view of the city and includes a 4,500-square-foot patio and terrace. The venue offers an upscale aesthetic, highlighted by four 3,000-pound humanoid sculptures created by Brooklyn-based artist Dustin Yellin. The 8,000-square-foot space holds nearly 400 guests for a reception and is available for private events.

Esports Arena Las Vegas opened on the Strip in March. The 30,000-square-foot, multi-level arena hosts electronic sports tournaments in a venue that features a competition stage, a 50-foot LED video wall, telescopic seating, and console gaming stations. The arena also offers a gamer-inspired menu with fare from chef José Andrés, and has classic arcade games at a first-floor bar. The venue has five V.I.P. areas, which include three private rooms that each seat as many as 15 people. The private rooms can fit six PCs for group gaming, and are equipped with 55-inch televisions for presentations.

Spago, Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and debuted a reimagined look at the Bellagio Resort & Casino in June. The restaurant, which left its original Forum Shops at Caesars location this year, replaced former Todd English’s Olives space and feature a sleek design from Massimiliano Locatelli and Annamaria Scevola of CLS Architetti. New elements include an open-air patio with views of the Fountain of Bellagio, leather chairs and couches at a bar and wine cellar, and a series of 20 topographical map images inspired by the Nevada desert landscape, created by artist Katie Lewis. The 6,610-square-foot restaurant seats 232 guests, and has two private dining rooms that each seat 20 guests and offer views of the fountains.

Once, a Peruvian restaurant from chef Ricardo Zarate, opened at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and the Palazzo Las Vegas in March. The restaurant—which means 11 in Spanish and symbolizes Zarate’s spot in his line of 13 siblings—specializes in Peruvian Nikkei dining, and offers 11 a la carte shared plates that rotate weekly based on seasonal ingredients. The venue’s beverage program offers 11 signature cocktails. The 10,899-square-foot restaurant, which is available for full and partial buyouts, holds 300 guests for receptions or seats 200 guests. For smaller gatherings, the restaurant's Once Eleven room seats 12 guests and the La Chata room seats 28 guests. The venue also offers a half-patio buyout for as many as 40 standing.

Michael Mina Bellagio reopened in April, offering a re-imagined concept that focuses on fresh seafood feasts at marketplaces and seaside villages around the world. Chef Michael Mina created a “Market List” menu that serves seafood from Japan, the Mediterranean, and France. The restaurant also underwent a complete renovation and now has an expanded dining room with a raw bar, plus a new lounge space and a new private dining room that seats 24 guests, offering a view of the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. The venue, which is available for full buyouts, can hold as many as 200 guests for receptions.

The Underground, a speakeasy bar and distillery, opened at the Mob Museum in April. The space is a permanent exhibition dedicated to the history of Prohibition, located in the basement of the museum. The venue has an Art Deco-inspired design and serves house-distilled spirits, house-brewed beer, and Prohibition-era cocktails. The 2,814-square-foot space, which is available for full buyouts, holds 95 guests reception-style. Interested parties also can book the distillery exhibit and meeting room, which holds 33 guests reception-style, as well as a V.I.P. room that seats 12 guests.

Madison Meeting Center will begin hosting groups in July at Park MGM. The 10,000-square-foot conference center offers 10 flexible rooms that can accommodate layouts for product seminars, classroom-style training, certifications, and more events for groups of 10 to 50 people. The center offers a Complete Meeting Package with all-inclusive pricing that allows meeting planners to pay a flat rate per attendee. The venue complements the resort’s recently opened 58,600 square feet of conference space, which consists of ballrooms and 43 meeting rooms.

American restaurant Eureka Las Vegas opened at the Emergency Arts Building in Fremont East in February. The California-based chain serves seafood and steak entrees, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, weekend brunch, and American craft beers in an industrial rustic environment. The eatery seats 170 guests inside and on a patio.

Camden Cocktail Lounge, the second new concept from Clique Hospitality, opened at the Palms Casino Resort in May. Located next to the main entrance, the lounge offers whimsical spins on classic cocktails in an atmosphere that takes inspiration from a modern library. The venue features bronze accents and charcoal velvets, along with a ceiling fixture of matte and mirrored black and gold glass pebbles.The 1,607-square-foot space holds about 75 guests for receptions and is available for private events.

Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center opened in March. The hotel has 172 guest rooms and suites, and is a 15-minute drive from the McCarran International Airport and a short walk to the Strip. For meetings and events, the hotel has a 1,156-square-foot meeting room that holds 90 guests reception-style or seats 100 guests theater-style.
