If the weather’s right, give a group a break from the convention hall or casino depths with these restaurants that offer outdoor dining.

1. Perched atop the M Resort and Casino is Veloce Cibo Restaurant and Bar. Opened in March, the restaurant offers a terrace that stretches out above the city. Veloce Cibo encompasses the 16th floor of the resort, with a wall of glass across the entire north side of the space that offers a striking view of the Las Vegas skyline from every table. The menu offers a mix of appetizers, entrees, sushi, sashimi, and nigiri. Handcrafted cocktails and a vast array of wines complement the menu. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant is available for full buyout.

2. In March, Marinelli's also joined the array of dining options in the M Resort & Casino. The restaurant features an open concept, right for intimate gatherings or private parties. The menu offers authentic and regional Italian fare, including risottos, handmade pastas, seafood specialties, steaks, chops, and veal dishes. The indoor dining room is available for buyout and has seating for 100 and standing room for more. The terrace is suitable for parties and overlooks the adjacent steakhouse, Villagio Del Sol Pool and events piazza, and the Las Vegas Strip.

3. New York favorite Serendipity 3 has found its way to Vegas. Inside Caesars Palace, the restaurant opened in April with a modern yet decidedly Vegas vibe. Pink awnings, candy-striped walls, and a bubble gum pink and navy blue ceiling define the open space. Heart-shaped chairs, oversize menus, and drinks and desserts served in old-fashioned sundae glasses complete the mood. Serendipity has two patios adjacent to the Caesars Palace fountains and is available for private events.
