St. Pete's conceptBAIT Claims Area's Top Honor Again

The St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce recently presented conceptBAIT's Frank Clemente and Lynn McGhee with their second straight Outstanding Business of the Year award. Last year, after being nominated by colleagues, they won the award for being the best graduates of the entrepreneurial academy, a 10-week seminar that offers advice on how to start a company. This year, they were nominated by regional community and business leaders and claimed the award in the four-to-26-employees category. The chamber only presents seven awards to businesses of various sizes annually, after an in-depth screening process. Honorees must complete an extensive application involving financial strategy and community involvement, and undergo a site visit from chamber representatives, before community judges determine the winners.
