Passath Promoted at Renaissance Hotel

Christian Passath, the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza's director of catering since August 2004, has been promoted to director of restaurants. This new position means he will oversee the critically acclaimed Pelagia Trattoria restaurant; the hotel lobby's more casual eatery, Gabriella's; and the facility's 293-room in-house dining services.
