The Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, a Kissimmee property doing its part to boost Florida’s economy and help the environment, is now committing itself to serving Florida-grown food. The effort—which supports local, organic, and sustainable farming—will bring in daily shipments of seafood from Florida waters and local produce, thereby cutting down on gas emissions from long-distance transportation. In addition, the menu will also change seasonally, to keep the freshest food on hand
