At the rear of the restaurant, a long granite-topped bar has seating for 23. To add visual interest and make this area a bit cozier, decorators lowered the ceiling and covered it with custom fabric tiles in a variety of colors and depths, creating a colorful mosaic above the bar.
An antique chandelier hangs above a long wood dining table in the 25-seat semiprivate dining room, while more historic photos decorate the deep red walls. The room has access to the 1,400-square-foot patio, which has a long semicircular bar. The outdoor space is elevated and overlooks the Dellagio’s man-made canal. Sheer black drapes can partially close the space if necessary to block the sun and wind.
The menu includes items such as City Fire chicken thumbits—bite-size blackened chicken, chimichurri, roasted garlic, dill pickles, and caramelized onions on crostini—braised short ribs, and Oscar-style rainbow trout. The restaurant also uses the stone hearth oven to make several flatbreads, with traditional toppings such as steak and blue cheese to more unusual options such as caviar with chevre.
