Spiffy New Raw Space in Chelsea

The NewSpace is a raw space with a large 4,000-square-foot main room that holds as many as 300 for cocktails and features a soaring ceiling, clean white walls and light-colored ash wood floors. Situated in a former recording studio, the space has been renovated for events and retains its excellent sound quality.
