Television Upfront Week continues today, with CBS’ sales presentation at Carnegie Hall, and Fox and UPN presenting on Thursday, at City Center and Madison Square Garden, respectively. And tonight buzz machine Radar magazine celebrates its relaunch at Andre Balazs' new high-design hostel, the Hotel QT, with an after-party at Marquee. Also tonight: People En Espanol holds its 50 Most Beautiful party at Capitale, and the Holmes Report’s Sabre awards dinner (one of our Top 100 Events) at the Sheraton New York honors the best in public relations. On Thursday, City Harvest benefits from Wines From Spain’s Great Match wine and tapas tasting at the Metropolitan Pavilion, and the Lower East Side Tenement Museum holds its gala, this year called Celebrating New York City Real Estate, Past and Present at the Roosevelt Hotel.
And on Friday, another TV event rounds out the week, as the National Television Academy presents its Daytime Emmy awards at Radio City Music Hall, which is preceded by a dinner at the Sheraton New York. This Saturday, the Skin Cancer Foundation and Allure magazine host Beauty Live—which will feature beauty and skin-care demonstrations and a performance by Kelly Clarkson at Rumsey Playfield.
The Spa and Resort Expo comes to the Javits Center from Sunday through Monday. Also on Sunday, the International Federation of the Periodical Press’ World Magazine Congress commences at the Waldorf=Astoria. A party on Ellis Island is Sunday night and the conference continues through Tuesday. A closing night celebration will be held at the Museum of Modern Art.

Also Monday is American Ballet Theatre’s spring gala at the Metropolitan Opera House and the Tent at Lincoln Center, and the American Apparel and Footwear Association's American Image awards at the Grand Hyatt. In addition, on Monday the New York chapter of the Public Relations Society of America doles out its Big Apple awards at the Rainbow Room. Back at the Javits Center, the Incentive Show begins on Tuesday and runs through Wednesday.
