The 20 restaurants in Esquire's best new restaurants of America list include two from D.C.: Robert Wiedmaier’s Brasserie Beck (a noted favorite since its April opening) and José Andrés's Mexican small-plates venture Oyamel are featured in the November issue (and on the mag's site today). Planners should take note, as both have private dining areas—Brasserie Beck offers two that can be combined as well as a chef's table, while Oyamel has a 50-seater—and are in convenient locations for business entertaining.
