Local mixologist Adam Seger—who oversees the cocktail list at Nacional 27 and has been praised as a spirits guru by Food & Wine—now offers private cocktail-making classes. Each 90-minute session starts with a welcome drink; Seger then teaches groups of 15 to 60 how to concoct two to three cocktails. The drinks incorporate ingredients such as fresh passion fruit, seasonal spices, and heirloom tomatoes, and the menu can be customized to reflect a country, a holiday, or the color of a corporate logo. In the past, Seger's classes have focused on concoctions such as the Margarita Organica, made with agave nectar, and pomegranate-ginger mojitos.

Seger can bring products and cocktail-making equipment to offices and event spaces throughout the city, and he provides each guest with take-home recipe cards. Classes range from $275 to $550 each, with additional fees for travel and product costs, and can be arranged through Edible Ink PR and Marketing.
