Puck Takes Over Design Center After Palmer

February 17, 2006

Catering operations at the Pacific Design Center, formerly overseen by Charlie Palmer, have been taken over by Wolfgang Puck. Palmer plans to focus his business in other markets. Puck will occupy two restaurants within the Design Center—one on the first floor of the Green Building and another on the third floor of the Blue Building, set to open soon.

Puck has also assumed responsibility for catering at Universal’s back lot.
