The Grand Cypress Has Personalized Its Dining

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress has tinkered with their dining options and will now be offering something new for banquet groups of as many as 750 people. In what they're dubbing Personal Preference Dining, the meeting planner selects the appetizer, salad, and dessert trio plate in advance, while the guest selects an entrée from a custom-printed menu.
