For BiZBash.com Idea Center's networking event at Madame Tussaud's New York, a drag queen from Screaming Queens dressed as Marie Antoinette (perfectly suited to the French Revolution display inside the museum) stood in the middle of a dessert table on wheels, and slowly maneuvered among the guests and wax statues. The desserts from Matthew Kenney Catering & Events included chocolate cups filled with ricotta and lemon confit and fresh fruit fondue with chocolate dipping sauce.
