With just 20 seats, Kyotofu isn't ideal for really big events, but now that the Hell's Kitchen restaurant has launched a new catering menu, any size crowd can enjoy its modern Japanese cuisine. The soy-focused eatery is known for its desserts, like sansho pepper tofu cheesecake and green tea truffles, but the catering menu also offers a mix of savory dishes as well, including tofu and chicken shiso sliders and shiitake pancetta soymilk quiche. Pricing is set per person depending on how many items are served, ranging from $8 for two items a head to $56 for 10 items per guest. Catering (with servers and waitstaff) is available throughout New York, although delivery charges vary depending on the location. Gift-worthy boxed desserts, like their award-winning cupcakes and custom cakes, are also available by request.
