Designer Steve Lewis created intimate cocktail lounge Stash with booths that seat small groups, jewel box-patterned walls, and mahogany and hickory floors made to look like Thomas Jefferson's parquet floors.

8. The Tippler
The Tippler, a 2,500-square-foot bar, can hold parties of 50 or less for both daytime and nighttime events. The bar's interiors are made from reclaimed wood from New York water towers.
