The largest single room is Javits Center North with 80,000 gross square feet of exhibit space. The space seats 3,300 for banquets; 5,500 theater-style and 4,200 for classroom seating. Other large rooms at the convention center include the Special Events Hall with 30,000 square feet and room for 3,200 theater-style and 1,200 for banquets and receptions, and the Galleria/River Pavilion, which has 45,000 gross square feet, seating 1,200 for banquets and 3,100 for receptions.

The waterfront Pier 94 has 133,000 contiguous square feet used for trade and consumer shows, fashion shows, and other events. The raw space features concrete floors, skylights, bus parking and storage for trailers during trade shows. It has seated 5,000 theater-style for a university commencement and fit 15,000 people for a New Year’s Eve concert. It can be used for seated dinners, but there is no on-site kitchen. When combined with the 75,000-square-foot Pier 92, it is the second-largest event facility in New York City.

The Great Hall, which opened with the Bronx stadium in 2009 at 31,000 square feet, can host receptions for 3,100 and seated banquets for 1,200. The space features a 383 foot by 5 foot LED Ribbon Board allowing clients to brand the event, as well as a 24 foot by 36 foot HD video board.

The Grand Ballroom Suite at this midtown hotel is 25,202 square feet and can seat 2,800 and fit 3,300 theater-style. It is New York City’s largest grand ballroom and is free of columns. It contains a stage with hydraulic lifts.

The largest of the Times Square hotel’s 70 meeting rooms is the Broadway Ballroom. At 12,744 square feet, the ballroom can seat 2,400 banquet-style and or 2,800 for receptions.

The Metropolitan Ballroom is 14,948 square feet and fits 2,500 for receptions and 1,600 at rounds of six people. The midtown hotel, which recently completed a $150 million renovation, hosts events such as the annual meeting of former President Bill Clinton’s Clinton Global Initiative and the homecoming banquet for the New York Yankees following spring training.

This former opera house is 12,000 square feet and seats 1,000 or holds receptions for 2,800. Used for events such as fashion shows and awards shows, the space features extensive AV equipment as well as 10 dressing rooms.

Home to fashion shows, movie premiere parties and other private events, the 22,000-square-foot space can seat 1,000 for dinner, 2,500 for receptions and 3,400 for concerts. There is a main floor and a mezzanine level.

Two mezzanine-level clubs, named for sponsors Lexus and Chase, measure 33,000 square feet each and can seat 650 for banquets or host 2,500 guests for cocktail receptions. The long space stretches from end zone to end zone, but guests generally stay in a central area during events. Both spaces include V.I.P. bars.

One of New York’s newest venues, the casino has a massive space in its Central Park room. The 70,000-square-foot banquet hall can fit 5,000 for a cocktail reception or seat 3,000.
