
The Paddy Wagon is a new Boston-area company that provides inflatable Irish pubs. The 30- by 30-foot blow-up bar has a façade resembling a traditional Irish pub with brick walls and a thatched roof; inside there are windows, tables, doors, and a full bar. The company can also provide Irish food, step dancers, and bartenders.Â



Recode and Vox’s annual Code Conference took place Tuesday through Thursday at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Sponsor I.B.M. hosted the Eater Kick-Off dinner on Tuesday, where guests sampled bites from eight local chefs, including Jason Benavente of Nobu, Chris Flint of NoMad Los Angeles, and Timothy Hollingsworth of Otium. The event had I.B.M.-branded decor and speciality cocktails.Â

The Robin Hood Foundation celebrated its 30th anniversary May 14 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York. The benefit, which had a “Lights of New York” theme, had three-sided mini marquee centerpieces that offered messages of gratitude and celebrated the organization's anniversary. David Stark Design and Production designed the event.Â
