The gala, which raised $558,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, brought more than 700 guests to the National Building Museum, which was decorated with a Mardi Gras theme. #1 Parade, Walk & Festival
One of the city's signature spring celebrations, the festival celebrates the anniversary of the gift of the cherry trees from Japan to the United States. Now into its second century, the festival includes events like the kickoff Pink Tie Party fund-raiser, the elaborate opening ceremony, a festival parade, and a Japanese Street Festival.
