





For daring guests, the event offered a 25-foot free-fall stunt jump from a platform into a giant branded inflatable cushion below.





Activities included air tennis and mini golf. Drinks from Evian and boozy sweets from Patrón provided much-needed relief against the desert heat; L.A. food trucks supplied the party's nibbles.


On November 29, Perrier-Jouët celebrated the opening of its lounge L'Eden by Perrier-Jouët in partnership with Vanity Fair at Casa Faena in Miami Beach. The event included performers who literally danced on Perrier-Jouët bottles. In addition, Sarah Jessica Parker surprised guests as she appeared on stage in a performance created by Simon Hammerstein, the theatrical director and owner of New York's Box nightclub. Other celebrity guests at the party included Katie Holmes, Petra Nemcova, and Lady Victoria Hervey.

Surfboard artist Drew Brophy created artworks live on the spot. Kro Events produced the event.

As guests arrived at the Ace Museum, they were greeted by a vintage Beetle and were then shuttled up to the rooftop via a Volkswagen e-Golf, the brand’s first all-electric model sold in the U.S. Guests also checked out the new Volkswagen Atlas on display. Domain PR worked with TIL Lifestyle Marketing & Events to produce the event.

Volkswagen hosted a drive-in movie-style event at the Ace Museum, where organizers transformed the rooftop to resemble a classic drive-in movie theater. In keeping with the #ThrowbackThursday theme, the outdoor event screened Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Some guests watched from the lawn, complete with picnic tables and blankets, while others watched from Volkswagen vehicles.





The race sold out in its first year rebranded as part of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series with 24,000 runners. Next: March 16, 2013

Often the closing event of the spring social season, Baptist Health South Florida Foundation’s annual bash chose a “Whimsical Wonderland” theme in 2014 and was held in the Arena at Florida International University. Next: May 16, 2015

The newly named science museum’s 13-year-old black-tie benefit (and Big Bang after-party) is an increasingly big social draw in Miami, especially with the institution’s $275 million new home set to open in 2016. The event raised $1 million this year. Next: April 18, 2015


In the V.I.P. area, gusts could play checkers at staggered tables or rest on colorful hammocks.

Topman offered live screen-printing. Guests could choose from different prints and have T-shirts, bags, or bandanas screen-printed while they waited. The activation drew one of the festival's longest lines.

Local beer company Goose Island made custom periscopes, set back from the main stages, that let guests peer at the festival crowds near the stages.

Dark Horse Wine also had a prize wheel at its tent in the V.I.P. area. Guests could win prizes including an entire case of wine.
