The software company claims it hosts the largest technology conference, with about 60,000 people attending in person and another 2.1 million attendees participating online. The event is so large that planners shut down a stretch of San Francisco’s busy Howard Street to create “Oracle Plaza,” an overflow space where attendees can watch keynote speeches and other content.
