US: Hot Pink Evening, Resorts World Las Vegas, Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit and More

NATIONAL: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation will host the Virtual Hot Pink Evening on May 20. The benefit will be hosted by Elizabeth Hurley and will feature high-profile guests such as Sir Elton John, Neil Patrick Harris, Edie Falco, Gayle King and more. 

CHICAGO: The Chicago Shakespeare Theater will welcome rapper, actor and advocate Common for an event designed to celebrate Shakespeare's birthday on April 23. Broadcast from the theater's rooftop, the event will feature a series of performances and guest speakers, and it will showcase the importance of the arts and its ability to unite and inspire people. 

LAS VEGAS: Resorts World Las Vegas will open June 24. The first ground-up resort development on the Strip in more than a decade, the 3,500-room resort will feature three Hilton hotels, a 5,000-seat entertainment venue and 250,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space.

NEW YORK: Sunnyhues Entertainment will host its immersive art exhibition, the Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit 2021, from June 23 to Aug. 18 in SoHo. The multimedia space has eight themed rooms, including a new space called The Kaleidoscope that uses a 360-degree digital screen to create an ever-shifting field of color and lighting effects.

SALT LAKE CITY: Jarrod Finley has been named director of sales and marketing for the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. The 700-room, 25-floor hotel that is attached to the Salt Palace Convention Center is slated to open in 2022 with 60,000 square feet of event and meeting space.
