Bill Whidden, founder of Ice Magic in Orlando, can help eliminate the old routine with wooden invitations. His new company, PartyPass.biz, began offering the lightweight creations this month. A laser engraves the information onto a quarter-inch-thick piece of wood, which can be carved in any shape, and can include photos and logos.
