At the intersection of Camden Drive and Brighton Way in Beverly Hills, new restaurant Villa Blanca opened its doors late April. The brainchild of restaurateurs Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd—the folks behind Sur in West Hollywood and more than 20 establishments in London—Villa Blanca features an eclectic menu. Under the direction of executive chef Francis Dimitrus, the menu is mostly comprised of classic Mediterranean, Italian, and European dishes with Asian influences.
Lisa also designed the interior, influenced by the restaurant's name, with multiple white floral arrangements and a mostly white color palate for chairs, linens, and lighting. The bar features indoor and patio seating and unobstructed views of Beverly Hills.
Though there is no private dining room, semiprivate sections enclosed with curtains are planned. The space is available for full and partial buyouts for special events and has a total capacity of 350.
