Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp

The 10,000-square-foot space isn't the only reason to come to the Rock 'n' Roll Fantasty Camp—it’s also for the experience. The camp divides guests into groups ranging from five to 20, then a famous music counselor—which in the past has included members of The Who, The Rolling Stones, and The Beach Boys—coaches guests through the performance of songs with choreography and costumes.

Ranch House

Replacing Cadillac Ranch at the Town Square on the south end of the Vegas Strip, Ranch House’s 14,000-square-foot facility on the second floor of this outdoor mall includes a 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio overlooking retail spots and restaurants. And of course, if things start going stale, just look to the bull in the middle of the room to bring out your coworker’s inner cowboy.

Mizumi

Known for executive chef Devin Hasimoto’s sushi and teppanyaki dishes, Mizumi took over the former Okada space at the Wynn. The bright red and gold dining room features a Japanese garden outside. Pick the intimate private dining room for groups of 14 or the main dining room, which seats 251.

Gordon Ramsay Steak

Get the Gordon Ramsay experience without the Hell’s Kitchen-style chew-outs at the Michelin-star-winning chef’s new steak house inside Paris Las Vegas. The two-floor, 274-seat restaurant includes a large bar and private dining room with a two-story wine shelf. While the furniture is high-end and contemporary, the Union Jack flag painted on the ceiling suggests Ramsay’s rowdiness.

Gold & Silver Pawn Shop

Thanks to the History Channel’s series Pawn Stars, Gold & Silver Pawn Shop has begun renting out its space for events. While the 3,500-square-foot retail space is full of the knickknacks seen on TV, the rental space is a private, 1,300-square-foot outdoor patio in the back of the store. It holds 150 people for a cocktail-style event or just under 100 guests for a dinner.
