As the official end of summer draws near, here’s a look back at some of the coolest events, activations, and benefits that happened in the Hamptons social scene.

Pilar Guzmán and Chris Mitchell hosted an intimate Mexico-inspired dinner, in conjunction with Moët Hennessy’s Volcan De Mi Tierra tequila, at the Amagansett home of MSNBC host JJ Ramberg and her architect husband Scott Glass on July 15.

For the dinner series, which was hosted by Lauren Bush Lauren and took place on September 8 and 10, Cadillac delivered a 2017 Cadillac CT6 Plug-In to each guest’s home. The vehicles were packed with a map and a swag bag that included lunch and Hunter boots for on-site activities.

Before dinner, at Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett, participants harvested vegetables with Lauren and chef Christopher Kostow.

Guests enjoyed an intimate dinner inspired by the day’s harvest at a private residence. A portion of ticket sales was donated to Feed Supper, an ongoing campaign to fight hunger in America. This October, the dinner series will move to Napa Valley.

The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance’s 20th annual Super Saturday event was held on July 29 at Nova's Ark Project in Watermill. Hosted by Kelly Ripa, Donna Karan, Gabby Karan de Felice, Rachel Zoe, and Molly Sims, the event sold discounted designer items and raised more than $3 million.

Guests sipped on cocktails made with the newly released luxury tequila and dined on an al fresco dinner prepared by the Fat Radish team.

On July 29 at a private residence in East Hampton, Net-A-Porter co-hosted Good Foundation’s Summer Dinner to support the organization’s efforts to end family poverty through donated children’s products and services. The dinner event kicked off the Net-A-Porter x Good Foundation’s Donation Drive, which allows the online retailer’s New York customers to easily donate new or gently-used children's clothing and books to the foundation through a pick-up service.

For the Parrish Art Museum event, which was held in Watermill on July 15, Ovando drew inspiration from the work of one of the honorees, Clifford Ross. The custom-crafted ceiling treatment aimed to transport the guests into the ocean, using hundreds of panes of different shades of blue polypropylene.

White floral arrangements in blue water were lined with small black gravel to resemble the coral and sand at the bottom of the ocean floor. Simmering black-blue tablecloths added to the “under the sea” effect.

Revolve Clothing’s third annual Fourth of July bash with Moët & Chandon officially kicked off the brand’s summer stay in the Hamptons.

Each weekend, V.I.P. guests were invited to experience a variety of events, including Moët & Chandon pool parties, brunches, and movie nights.

During two weekends in July, Tinder hosted "the Select House" at a private beachfront residence in Montauk. The event featured live music, art performances, and outdoor movie screenings for a mix of fashion and art influencers, tech entrepreneurs, locals, and creative types. The event received some bad press though, with reports that it lacked proper permits and drew noise complaints.

Hosted by Kristin Tice Studeman and Surf Lodge owner Jayma Cardoso, the dinner series kicked off on July 7 at Surf Lodge in Montauk.

Top chefs, including Dan Kluger of Loring Place; Ari Taymor of Alma at the Standard, Hollywood; and Melia Marden of the Smile, created multi-course, rosé-paired dinners.

Lemon granita was served in freshly carved lemons. Additionally, there were mini lemon popsicles, mini banana popsicles, and yellow cotton candy.

Emblazoned with the words "She Outwits Him; She Outlives Him," the "Untitled" 90-foot wall in the main courtyard served as the centerpiece of the July 29 benefit. On the other side of wall, guests were invited to spray-paint messages of political resistance.

Designed by Robert Wilson, the table decor featured taped lines and branches that were inspired by painter William Stewart, who was in residence at the Watermill Center in 2017.
