These new and soon-to-open (or reopen) restaurants in Las Vegas, with private and semiprivate rooms, will serve as corporate meeting spaces for events including business dinners, presentations, cocktail receptions, and other types of entertaining.
Bacchanal Buffet

Hidden away from the lines of the new buffet inside Caesars Palace is this private dining room with capacity for 48 guests, which opened in September. Wrapped in warm, asymmetrical wood shapes and tucked in the rear of the restaurant, the space is set up to accommodate AV equipment and screens for meetings and presentations.

1. Culinary Dropout

In late August, Hard Rock Hotel unveiled this 9,000-square-foot gastropub in the old Ago location. Dropout serves pub fare from executive chef Eric Suniga and has an industrial feel, with wood and steel decor. Hidden away is an intimate private dining room with a capacity of 10, complete with a flat-screen TV and chandelier dangling above the table.

2. Señor Frog’s

Señor Frog’s is equipped to host large events, with 22,000 square feet of real estate looking over the Strip from Treasure Island. Additionally, in the upstairs space you'll find a huge private deck, where wraparound glass looks out onto Las Vegas Boulevard.

3. Seafood Shack, Treasure Island

Opened in mid-September in the former Isla Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar outpost, Seafood Shack’s dining room looks like a modernized cabin on an ocean liner, clad in hard wood from reclaimed barns and salvaged ship parts. Larger meetings of around 70 can have the middle of the restaurant partitioned off, creating a separate group area away from other diners.
4. Rattlecan

The latest project from chef Sammy DeMarco of First Food & Bar in the Palazzo is this burger joint inside the Venetian, opening mid-October. Set up for events, the Rattlecan's event space holds 450, with capacity for 225 on the patio and 225 inside, and features graffiti murals by well-known global street artists.

5. Public House

First things first: Public House is the sister to East Coast locations of the restaurant, not the Venetian’s Public House. Opened at Luxor in early September, the casual dining restaurant holds 200 and the bar and lounge space can hold 50. The restaurant, which is easily set up for private events, features a wall of 12 televisions, with 15 others mounted throughout the restaurant.

6. Oracle Mansion

The main room at this Mediterranean restaurant holds 1,000 people and features a booming sound system capable of handling live concerts. But above the party is a private upstairs lounge dressed like a sort of "Arabian Nights"-style den, with room for 100 and an extensive hookah menu.

7. Nobu

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s namesake restaurant in the soon-to-open Nobu Hotel (which will be within Caesar's Palace) will be a 12,775-square-foot display of David Rockwell-designed grandeur, outfitted with bamboo columns and massive light fixtures inspired by Japanese tea whisks. Masked in leather-upholstered screens, private "dining pods” encircle the main dining room.

8. Javier’s

The popular Southern Californian cantina Javier’s is setting up a fourth location at the Aria Hotel and Casino. Projected to open this month, the feel here is “vacation in Mexico,” designed similarly to the other locations to reflect a rich Mexican villa in Cabo. The private dining room is expected to hold 24 people.

10. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesar's Palace

Chef Gordon Ramsay is joining Caesars Palace later this year with his second Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. The 290-seat restaurant will have a backdrop inspired by traditional London red telephone booths and will have a British pub-inspired menu. A private dining room will be available for groups.
