Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will open a four-acre "Jungala" attraction next spring within the park's current Congo area, where planners will be able to host private events. In hopes of bringing the jungle experience closer to guests, park-goers will be able to watch orangutans from treetop observation platforms, fly across the jungle on a zip line, and traverse rope bridges. On the Wild Surge, a new ride to be included in the area, riders will be "launched" out of a crater above a waterfall. The new area, just announced last week, will also include rare Bengal tigers and gibbons. Groups of 15 or more receive 10 percent off admission.
