Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, executive chef for Tampa's Pelagia Trattoria, has been chosen as one of six participants for the gourmet dinner and wine tasting portion of the sixth annual March of Dimes Culinary Showcase. The event, an elegant dinner featuring a 15- to 20-minute live demonstration and presentation of signature dishes by select chefs, will be held Monday at the Club at Eaglebrooke in Lakeland.
