VENUE: Theater District's Triomphe

Tucked inside the ground floor of the Theatre District's Iroquois Hotel is Triomphe, the boutique hotel's in-house restaurant. And inside Triomphe is Le Petit Triomphe, the restaurant's new private dining room. Designed by Jorge Portrero, the space features a red and white marble floor, rich wood wall paneling and its own bar. A 42-inch flat-screen TV is hidden inside the wall above the room's working fireplace, useful for small meetings with visual presentations. Chef Steven Zobel's menu is French-American. The space can seat 30, or hold 50 for cocktails. —Suzanne Ito
