Terrence Brennan's Artisanal Cheese Center in Hell's Kitchen—where the chef stores and ages the cheeses for his restaurants—offers an event space that's fully equipped with a demonstration kitchen and high definition audiovisual equipment. Large windows, nine-foot ceilings and hardwood floors in the 900-square-foot main room, which can seat 60 or hold 100 for cocktails, give the space an airy, rustic feel. Menus are derived from American, European and Mediterranean cuisines, and are accompanied by cheeses selected to complement every meal.
