Murray Moss (owner of SoHo gallery and design store Moss) partnered with Nicola Marzovilla (owner of I Trulli) to open a 40-seat Italian wine bar and shop in June. Located next to the Moss store, Centovini is decorated with rubber-coated tables and chairs from Kallemo, vintage glass fixtures from Venini, and a pergola covered with grape cluster-shaped Swarovski crystals. Former Le Madri chef Patti Jackson oversees the menu of seasonal greenmarket produce in dishes that honor their Italian roots, such as raviolini with sheep's milk ricotta and nettles, or lobster salad with lovage and celery. For breakfast and lunch the counter is a great place to enjoy the carefully compiled list of 100 Italian wines. —Caryl Chinn
