After finding success with Shag and Concorde as well as Dolce Group restaurants Bella and Geisha House, Shereen Arazm has turned her attention to the sleek and comfortable restaurant and lounge Parc. Tracie Butler Design gave the high-ceiling space a cool, somewhat feminine vibe with soft cream-colored leather booths, hand-crafted mirrored columns, and walnut-paneled walls; a 14-foot tree dripping with 24 Swarovski crystal globes fronts the dining room. The small-plates menu features dishes like fried artichoke and boursin cheese fritters, clay-pot sea bass with crispy onions, and truffle whipped potatoes. With clever cocktails, an impressive wine list, late-night hours, and in-demand DJs, it’s easy to see why A-listers like Justin Timberlake found a spot here during its opening weekend. —Lesley Balla
