Hotel Palomar Opens Tomorrow

The environmentally friendly Hotel Palomar Los Angeles in Westwood will make its official debut tomorrow. Blvd 16, the property’s earth-toned restaurant and bar that holds 92 for seated events, will open on Saturday. Executive chef Simon Dolinky’s menu includes English pea ravioli with cippolini onions and French butter sauce, and beef tenderloin with truffled goat cheese.
